About the Author
After many rewarding years as a high-school math teacher, Jane Atkinson switched careers and became a full-time mom. When her daughters started school, Jane began to write the ‘Fun in Flower’ chapter book series. The books are a perfect blend of Jane’s imagination and her family’s real-life adventures. Once her daughters entered middle school, Jane’s love of mysteries and secret codes inspired her to write the Junior Spies trilogy. When she isn’t writing, volunteering, or walking their dog, Gracie, Jane enjoys visiting local schools, promoting literacy and inspiring the next generation of writers. Jane is currently working on book 22 in the ‘Fun in Flower’ series and book 2 in the ‘Junior Spies’ trilogy. Jane lives with her husband and daughters in Milton, Ontario.

Hi, I’m Anna. And this is my little sister, Bella.
A couple of years ago, we found a special gem that whisked us away to a magical land called Flower. Flower is a lot like our world—there are schools, libraries, stores, and even a Royal Family. But Flower also has fairies and mermaids.
Every time we go to Flower, it’s a new adventure. Sometimes we soar through the sky with fairies, or explore the ocean with mermaids, or play hide-n-seek at the palace, or just hang out with our village friends. The thing is, no matter what we do, we always have an amazing time.
